Our Story

In 2013, Jinxing Xue, established Changda International NZ Limited in partnership with Weifang Changda Construction Group, one of China’s top 100 construction companies. Together they launched their first real estate development project, Pacific Heights, in Orewa. In 2015, they established their second large scale project, Pacific Gardens, in Manukau.

Mr. Xue’s success in China as an educational publisher for over 30 years, involving educational book planning, writing, publishing and marketing, has enabled him to continue to invest in New Zealand’s future. In October 2023 he acquired 100% of Changda International NZ Limited, now known as Endurance Star Limited. The Endurance Star team, led by Mr Xue, continues to construct high quality developments that are designed for thriving communities.
